There are times where it is difficult to explain the situation or what you are seeing to the Condo Control Central support team over the phone. To better assist you we may need to remotely access your computer so we too can see what you are seeing.
“TeamViewer” allows us to do just that!
1. Go to this link https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/previous-versions/
2. Click on Version 12.x
3. Click on “TeamViewer QuickSupport” to download
4. Run the program (this will be different based on which web browser you are using)
5. Provide the support individual “Your ID and Password” over the phone.
