Outage experienced on August 8 2017

Dear clients: on August 8 from 2:31 to 2:55 pm Condo Control Central experienced an outage. During this time, clients would have seen a security certificate error warning that the site was not secure. This was caused due to an incorrectly configured security certificate on our backup server. As soon as we identified the issue we corrected it and our systems came back online.

To be clear, at no time was your client data at risk nor was there any security threat to CCC systems themselves; the warning was caused by a certificate which had expired and has since been replaced.
