Requirements for on-site security team setup

The following is information that we require to get your security team set-up in the system. Using this information, we will generate usernames and temporary passwords for the team.

  • List of security guard names at this site (first & last name), and a cell phone # for each one. (This is used in case they forget their password.)
  • Name, email  & phone # of the property manager so we can set up his/her account.
  • Name of the security supervisor (and email address if they have one.)
