Update a service request
1. Log in to Condo Control Central and select the "Service Requests" tab in the side navigation.
2. Select the Outlined Service request that you would like to update.
3. Add your update into the message box as seen in step 1). Next once you have completed your update choose whether your service request is: Save as Open, Save as Closed, Save as Pending.
4. Now you will see any updates in the conversation window below from yourself and management regarding your service request.
