How to update and add additional information to service requests

Update a service request

1. Log in to Condo Control Central and select the "Service Requests" tab in the side navigation.

2. Select the pencil icon next to the request that you would like to update.

3. Select “Updates” tab that is located underneath Service Request Details. (Here you will be able to see the past updates)

4. Scroll down to “Add Another Update” in order to update the service request. Enter the new update. You can also Reassign the Service Request.

5. Click on "Save" in order to save your changes. You can Save as Open, Closed or Pending from the drop down menu.
