Owners can enter service requests, which then generate email notices that are sent to the board or property manager. When you first navigate to the service requests page, you will be presented with a list of open requests. At the top of the page, you can choose to narrow the requests displayed based on a search and filter (from the drop-down menu).
You can view or update the request by clicking on the icon to the left of the service request.
Updates can be seen on the details page, with private comments in yellow and public ones in grey as shown below:
The request will automatically be placed as an open request. The service request status may be changed to pending or closed.
