How to change Amenity Booking permissions for owners and residents

If you would like to restrict access to the Amenity Booking feature, or if you would like to require owners and residents to call the front desk to book amenities but still have the ability to view their bookings, you can change permission settings.

To update permission settings:

  1. Navigate to the "Setup Page" tab in Condo Control Central.​ You can access this by Clicking on "Welcome!" on the top right of your window.
  2. Click: "Click here to change this setting".



  3. Select the type of access you would like owners and residents to have from the drop-down menu (Read-Only will allow owners to see the available amenities but will not be able to book unless and administrator does it for them). 
  4. Click "Save" to complete the process.
