How to change your contact information

Update your contact information:

  1. Log into the system and select "My Account" from the side navigation.
  2. On the next screen you can edit your name, email, mailing address, and phone numbers.
  3. Click "Edit".



  4. Here, you can update your mailing information. If you have an offsite mailing address, you can also add it here.
  5. Click "Save" to complete the process.
  6. To edit your phone numbers, select either "New" or "Edit" from the list. You will be given the opportunity to select the phone number type from the list (e.g. work, cell, home, etc.).

If you do not see an edit button, it is because you have not been granted permission to edit certain account details. In this case, you will need to get in touch with your property manager to update your information.
