I can't create logs until the actual starting time of my shift, why not?

This occurs when Security & Concierge  users create their shift in CCC for a time in the future.

For example, if my shift starts at 3:00 PM, but I arrive early and create it at 2:45, then the system will not allow me to create a log until 3:00 (selected when I created the shift).

This is a restriction that the system has in place, so to workaround it, we recommend that you don't change the "Start time" for your shift, and instead always leave it to the current time as selected by default. This way, you will never run into the issue of not being able to save logs before your shift actually begins!
