How to Update/Close Service Requests


Board Members can receive questions or comments from residents in the form of service requests.

In order to respond to these questions or comments please follow these steps:

1. Log into Condo Control Central.

2. Click on Service Requests in the side navigation.

3. Select the Request you wish to view by clicking on the View/Update option.

4. Review the Request information and attachment.

5. Reply to the Service Requester in the text box below. Note: The service request will not update without anything in the New Comment

6. Re-assign the Request as necessary.

7. Click the box if the Request has been solved and then click save.
