Service Request Escalation

Service Request Escalation is a feature in Condo Control Central that Property Management or a Property Management Company can request to be set-up. This feature ensures that Senior Management is notified when Service Requests are not updated within a certain time-frame.

 

Condo Control Central supports two (2) levels of Service Request Escalation. 

Level 1 can be configured to email a group of people after the last update for a service request hits a time limit.

Level 2 can be configured to email a group of people after the last update for a service request hits a time limit.
