How to view a new service request


In order to respond to Service Requests please follow these steps:

1. Log into Condo Control Central.

2. Click on Service Requests in the side navigation.


3. Select the Request you wish to respond to by clicking on the View/Update option.


4. Review the Request information and attachment.


5. Reply to the Service Requester in the text box below.


6. Re-assign the Request as necessary.


7. Click the box if the Request has been solved and then click save.
