Submitting a service request on behalf of a resident


To submit a service request on behalf of a resident:

1. Log into Condo Control Central and click Service Requests


2. Click on Open New Service Request

3. Select whether the request is for the board, property management or both and the request type:


4. Enter the Resident's name or unit number and then select it from the drop down:

5. Enter the Request information:


6. Select whether or not the Resident gives permission to enter their unit and then click save to submit the request.
