Submitting a service request on behalf of a resident

To submit a service request on behalf of a resident:

1. Log into Condo Control Central and click Service Requests


2. Click on Open New Service Request


3. Select the request type and the user the request is fot


4. Enter the Resident's name or unit number and then select it from the drop down:

5. Enter the Request information and priority:


6. Select whether or not the Resident gives permission to enter their unit, upload any relevant files, then click send.
