In order to respond to Service Requests please follow these steps:
1. Log into Condo Control Central.
2. Click on Service Requests in the side navigation.
3. Select the Pencil Icon to the left of the Request you wish to view by clicking on the View/Update option.
4. Review the Request information and attachment.
5. Reply to the Service Requester in the text box below.
6. Re-assign the Request as necessary.
7. Click the box if the Request has been solved and then click save.
