How to create an Incident Report

To create an Incident Report:

1. Log into Condo Control Central and click Security and Concierge

 

2. Click on the icon highlighted below signifying the Incident Report feature

 

 

3. Enter the type of the incident report, the date & time, and the title of the incident report

 

4. Enter the details of the incident report, related unit, suspect and who reported the incident.

 

 

Please note: Once the incident report is saved it cannot be edited. 

 

5. Click the fire, police or other emergency services if any were called and enter the appropriate information

 

6. A file can be attached to the incident report

7. Click save to save & send* the incident report with the above details
