On Thursday, October 8, 2015 Condo Control Central experienced an issue with incorrect server time overnight between 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM EDT. During this period, the time displayed and used by our system was incorrect and off by four hours from the actual time.
During this time, clients may have noticed the following issues:
- Incorrect time was displayed for security logs, incident reports, and visitor parking passes, or any other security activities
- Security guards may not be able to access a previously started security shift report
- Security guards may not be able to start a new security report
The server time issue was corrected at 6:30 AM EDT. We have identified all records which were recorded with an incorrect time, and we are working to amend those records to reflect the actual time when they were recorded. We expect this fix to be complete within 24-36 hours.
We are also working to identify the root cause of the issue so that it does not happen again.
