Updating your email address

When you change your email address on the “My Account” page, the below two actions will happen immediately on Condo Control Central.  These steps help ensure the privacy and security of your information:

  1. Once you click save, you will automatically be logged out and an email confirmation will be sent to both the new and old email addresses notifying the recipients that the email address has been changed.
  2. A second email with a password reset link will be sent to the new email address.

 After you have reset your password, you can login to CCC with your updated email address and password.
