To Open a new service request:
1. Log into Condo Control Central and click on "Service Requests"
2. Click on "Add New Service Request"
3. You can select if the service request is for a board member, property manager, or both. Select the service request type.
4. Select the specific person you would like to assign the service request to and select who the service request was requested by.
5. Choose a subject and write a detailed description for the request.
6. Select whether to give permission to enter or not by checking (or un-checking) the box under the description.
7. You can choose to upload a relevant file, by clicking on the attachments tab and clicking on "Upload Files". (This can only be done after the service request has been created)
8. Click "Save" once you have made changes.
