Mobile App: How to reset password

 To reset your password via the mobile app, please first open up your Mobile App's login page and follow the below steps:

1) Click on the forgot  password tab.


2)  Put in your email address/ Username you used to login into Condo Control Central.





3) An email with the Password reset link will have been sent to you.


4) Open up your password reset link email from Condo Control Central and tap on the "Click here to reset your password".




5) The link will open a page where you will need to create a new password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: !@#$*



6) Now your password has been successfully changed.  You can now go  back into the home page to login with your username and new password.
