Email content issue for emails sent on July 16,2019


On Tuesday, July 16 2019 Condo Control Central experienced an issue with incorrect emails being sent to users with wrong body details between 11:00 -11:30pm EDT.  During this period, some of the emails sent to users had the correct subject details with wrong body information.


During this time, clients may have noticed the following issues:

  • Incorrect body message in the email
  • Incorrect building logo and contact information


Our team identified the issue while the emails were being sent between 11:00 -11:30pm. We immediately stopped the email sending service and correct the issue.

We have identified the root cause of the issue so that it does not happen again.
