As of January 14, 2020, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. This means that computers running on Windows 7 will be more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. To avoid these risks, Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 10.
To help customers safeguard their personal information, and avoid potential service disruptions, we strongly recommend that desktop customers using Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10.
Users may continue using Condo Control Central on Windows 7; however, we will no longer provide support for the Topaz Signature Pad, Epson Parking Permit Printer and the Dymo Parking Permit Printer for systems running Windows 7.
Please note: some features may not function at peak performance for systems running Windows 7 from January 14, 2020.
