The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control Central during our February 11, 2020 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
- Status Certificate Changes
We improved current functionality by adding the following details: unit search now includes unit number and unit legal address, for admin users we added reminders for Status Certificates to be processed on time, added reminders about the expiring common documents.
- Authorization tab changes
We addressed a request from clients to add an attachment for the authorizations. These attachments will be visible for the authorizations on Security&Concierge Console. We also introduced emails for owners, notifying them about an authorized person entering and exiting the unit.
- Home Page Redesign
We introduced Home Page redesign for the mobile app to make it customizable and more user-friendly. Administrators can now customize the home page layout by modifying the mobile dashboard for admin/security/resident view and upload the background picture. The home page will now be more actionable for users.
- Pet tab changes
Based on clients' requests we updated Pets tab on Unit File with new fields (license start/end date, attachments, pet profile pictures). Residents are able to add more information about pets during registration or under My Account.
- Stripe functionality on US-based workspaces
We worked on a few tweaks for the US-based workspaces with Stripe in USD to make sure that Stripe international fee is applied only when paying with an international card.
- Improved Package Scanner functionality
We added an extra layer on the scanning page to make is more visible to the end user what part of the package should be scanned.
- Fixes for VMS
We fixed the issue with VMS transactions not showing under My Account.
