In this user guide you will understand how to enable the phone book feature; as well as the ability to add and invite users
How to Enable the Phone book
1) Please click on the Welcome feature located on the top right hand side and then click on the Setup tab
2) On your left hand side please click on the " Workspace Settings" feature.
3) In workspace settings: please go to your bottom right hand side. You will see the headline " Welcome Site Settings "
4) Scroll down till you see " show residence phone book" where you click on the pencil icon beside
5) In the headline Edit Site Setting: please go to " Selected Option" and on the right hand side click in this option regarding your preference. Choose "Yes" to enable to phone book. Please remember to click on the save button
How to edit the Add & Invite Users
1) Please follow steps 1-3 from above
2) Scroll down till you see " Ability to Add/Invite User where you will click on the pencil icon beside it
3) In the headline Edit Site Setting: please go to " Selection Option" and click in the box for your selected preference. Please remember to click on the save button
