Welcome to this user guide which will show you how to activate a new user at a later date.
1) Click on the feature on the left hand side called " Unit File"
2) Click on the Actions tab then click on the " Add New User" feature
3) Fill in the users details until you get the " Activate the account at a later date"
4) Check mark the square to " Activate the account at a later date" and put in the selected date when you would like to activate this user on the calendar provided.
5) Complete the rest of prompts and click " Save"
