Objective
Use CCC's built-in feature to send welcome emails to all of your residents. It will guide them through the process of logging in
Background
If it has been a while since you launched, or if you never sent welcome emails to your residents when you launched, the sending (or re-sending) the welcome letters is a good way to get more folks registered and involved.
Steps to Send Welcome Letters
There are a few steps to prepare before sending out welcome letters for the first time:
- Verify your registration settings
Start with setting up your Registration Settings. This is where you can set the self-registration process and ensure that all settings are correctly enabled:

CCC is permission based so it is important to ensure that your group permissions are set up correctly before you invite residents to register.

you are ready to send out Welcome emails to everyone with their Username and temporary password. Here is an instruction link:

Attached below you will also find a customizable template that you can use to introduce CCC to your community. You can send this through your current method of communication to residents, such as posting on bulletin boards or in elevators.
If you have any questions or need any help, please open a ticket with our support team and we will be happy to walk you through the process.
