The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control Central during our July 7, 2020 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
- Unit number is visible on Amenity Booking calendar for units in linked workspaces
Based on clients’ feedback, we will now show unit numbers on the Amenity Booking calendar if the amenity was booked for a user in a linked workspace.
- Option to prevent recipients from being added to survey after it’s published
We added a “block recipients” field for published surveys for more clarity: after a survey is published, the option to add recipients will be blocked.
- Fixes to Online Payments
We addressed a few minor issues effecting the Make a Payment feature. Online payments are now more stable.
- Fix to permission “Can override any amenity booking restriction”
We addressed an issue with permission not working in the New Amenity Booking functionality.
- Revise Booking fix for amenity bookings paid with cheque
We addressed an issue with the Revise Booking button not being available for bookings pending approval paid for with a cheque.
- Search functionality on announcements
We addressed an issue with the search functionality on the Announcements feature being case-sensitive. Currently, search functionality will bring up any matches of the same word(s), regardless of whether the word is capitalized or not.
- QuickBooks integration fix
We fixed an issue with the QuickBooks integration not showing the most recent 2 months of activity: Now the latest transactions show up on CCC. Administrators can access transaction details for QuickBooks on the Unit File > User tab.
