The following changes were rolled out to Condo Control Central during our November 24, 2020 release. Please review the release notes below carefully as some changes impact the way the system works.
- Digital Badges (addition to Photo ID Badges)
We recently introduced a Photo ID Badges feature, and now it will also allow users to create digital ID badges. Residents can now upload badges from Condo Control to Google Pay, Apple Pay or WalletPasses. Digital badges will help admin users or security to easily identify residents and check their details on Condo Control.
- Asset Management Improvements
We have made several enhancements to our Asset Management feature by improving usability and streamlining the process of adding or editing assets. The feature is now available on the registration page.
- Fixes to Integration Errors
We addressed errors affecting certain integrations (QuickBooks, Condo Manager).
- Fixes to Rotessa Payment System
We improved validation for EFT payments to prevent duplicate payments. We also addressed a few interface issues for US clients.
- Fix to Printing Purchase Orders
We addressed a print issue impacting purchase orders. Now, purchase orders are printed based on the mode (portrait or landscape) selected on the setup page.
- Fixes to Timeslots Availability
We addressed a bug with available timeslots not showing for some amenities on the “create new booking” page.
- Vacations and Emergency Contact Tab Missing
We addressed a bug with Emergency Contact and Vacations tabs missing under My Account.
- Fixes to Electronic Consent Status on My Account
We addressed a bug that caused an incorrect status of electronic consent to be shown to resident users under My Account. Now users will see if their consent is active or inactive.
- Fixes to Service Request Custom Fields
We improved the"multiple selection pick list" service requests custom field. Now it will be defaulted to "select one" option.
- Fixes to Security&Concierge Console Page on Setup
We addressed an issue with the Security&Concierge Console page on setup, which gave an error on new workspaces.
