How to Use Announcement Templates

 

 

In this user guide we will show you how to use Announcement Templates 

 

1) Login to Condo Control. 

 

2) Click on  the announcement feature located on the left hand side.

3) On the right hand side click on the tab that says " Create New Announcement".

4) Choose the "Pick from our Templates" tab.

5) You will have two options: to use the standard template or to create a new custom template. We will show you how to do both processes. 

 

How to use Standard Template

 

1) Pick the template that fits your requirements.

2) Then click "Use this template".

3) Now go through the template you have chosen  and fill all the required fields when creating a new announcement.

4) Please review the announcement you have created. You can check it on the right hand side screen where it says "email preview".

5) Once satisfied with the announcement please click "post announcement".

How to Create a Custom Template 

 

1) Click on "Create new Template".

2) Select template type.

3) Fill out the template and complete all details then click "save".

4) Click "custom templates" and choose the template you have created.
